SUNWARD Smart Fleet is a telematics system using sensor networks to monitor various aspects of Sunward machine performance and provide remote fault correction and predictive maintenance.
This solution is provided in cooperation with Jaltest, a brand from the Spanish group COJALI.
SUNWARD Smart Fleet system is considerably enhancing the experience of SUNWARD users by combining telematics and diagnostic units on-board.
One of the main advantages of the system is allowing to locate and perform diagnostics sessions remotely. Connected to the diagnostic socket (OBD connector), the system can interact with the Control Units (ECU) present in the excavator and request relevant data from different systems without the need to go through the workshop.
At a glance, it is easily possible to verify the diagnosis state of all machines belonging to a fleet, identifying the machines where a diagnosis error has been found. In case a diagnosis error is found, the appropriate actions can be carried out depending on its severity.
