Non-Faulty Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it. 

• All items must be returned in the original packaging.

• All items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it in

• Items could be subject to handling, re-stocking, and/or carriage charge.

• Special items may be non-returnable. 

Faulty Returns

• Any product assumed to be faulty should be reported immediately stating the fault.

• Dependent upon the manufacturer’s instruction, you will be advised of the next steps to take.

• Items could be subject to a handling, re-stocking and/or carriage charge.

Refunds

• Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and advise you of the status of the refund.

• Where a product has been returned faulty, it will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before we advise you of the status of the refund. 

• If your return is approved, we will action a refund in the same method as the original purchase.
