MADE FOR EUROPE
On top of its EU certification, the Sunward SWE 50UF, like all Sunward machines on the European market, is designed to meet European customer needs.
POWERFUL & RELIABLE ENGINE
We chose the powerful Kubota D1703 engine for several good reasons. This engine is a vertical, water-cooled, 4-cycle diesel engine with a capacity of 29.7 kW at 2200 rpm. Featuring a built-in solenoid, low fan position, and single side serviceability, the Kubota D1703 offers powerful performance, exceptional reliability and long service life to meet a wide range of applications. The perfect fit for our reliable and versatile SWE 50UF.
PREMIUM COMPONENTS
All key components in Sunward excavators are carefully selected, from the Kubota engine to the hydraulic system. Since hydraulics are often considered the heart of the machine, Sunward works exclusively with top-tier suppliers known for quality and performance. For the Sunward SWE 50UF, we chose trusted manufacturers to supply the hydraulic pump, as well as the travel and swing motors. These components are efficient, reliable, and space-saving -qualities that contribute significantly to the overall reliability and long-term performance of the SWE 50UF.
WELL-EQUIPPED FROM THE OUTSET
This slightly Sunward SWE 50UF mini excavator has it all from the day it leaves the factory:
– Auto idle engine to save fuel and limit the engine’s consumption. – While other manufacturers usually use a flow throttle (because it’s cheaper), we at Sunward opt for a Load Sensing (hydraulic) system, which provides better energy-saving possibilities.
– Safety valves for the boom cylinder for safer operations.
– Auto-shifting traveling motor for smooth operations to the operator.
– TOPS & FOPS cab.
– Battery cut-off switch for safer operations and prolonged battery lifetime and power – which is especially appreciated in the cold weather of Scandinavian countries.
– Double Acting Hydraulic Circuit
– Factory-fitted Hydraulic Quick Hitch Lines
– Factory-fitted Hammer & Rotation Line
– Factory-fitted Case Drain Line
– Factory-fitted One hydraulic pilot control with a double contact switch
– Factory-fitted Tiltrotator Configured Joystick Controls (tiltrotator of your choice)
– 4 LED work lights as standard: 2 on the front of the cab, 1 on the left side of the boom, and 1 on the back
HIGH WORKING RANGE
The SWE 50UF has exceptional digging forces – 34 kN (bucket) and 23 kN (arm) – easily rivaling all 5.5t excavator competitors on the market. And when it comes to its long-reach capacity, the SWE 50UF’s boom cylinder design provides a ground reach of over 5.8 meters (5 845 mm) and a digging reach that’s over 5.9 meters (5 940 mm) long – making this mini excavator the benchmark of its range.
READY FOR A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS
A mini-excavator’s versatility starts with how well it is designed. The SWE 50UF is a zero-tail mini excavator with truly compact dimensions (2 000 mm width), allowing to bring power and easy work even if very tight areas, without any compromise on safety. Moreover, the SWE 50UF can adapt to any job site, thanks to the complete auxiliary settings built-in as standard – providing fully adjustable pressure and flow monitoring. This results in no less than 3 separate auxiliary lines as standard (while the market provides 1 to 2 lines as standard). Thus, a wide range of attachments can be easily fitted to answer a variety of applications.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
To reduce maintenance time and cost for the SWE 50UF, the covers at the rear and on the side provide direct access to the service points. The standard service points – for fuel, oil, and air filters – are directly accessed via the cover at the rear. So, with very easy access to the fuel tank and centralized grease fittings, these mini excavators are as easy to maintain as they are to operate.
BEST VALUE FOR MONEY
Sunward is your smartest investment in reliability, performance, and high ROI. Indeed, the SWE 50UF’s expert design includes a well-thought-out selection of components that streamline operation and maintenance. Our design choices result in a machine that provides so many standard features, premium-brand key components, and capabilities at the right price.
And furthermore, Sunward’s own genuine spare parts are economical as well – and all of this best value for money is crowned by up to 5 years of warranty, standard for all Sunward products.
